  1. As awesome as that is, I have absolutely no idea why somebody would draw a donut in the sky or what its supposed to mean.

  2. I think the donut in the sky means that donuts are "above" everything! And also it's a very orriginal painting!

  3. Maybe it means that they stand out from everything else. Brown does stand out in a blue and white sky so maybe I'm right.

  4. I think it is cool how one half of the donut has sprinkles and the other doesnt

  5. Did you click on the link? He has a whole series of donut paintings.

Why would someone paint donuts? It certainly makes you wonder?

When I taught at an art school (many years ago) we drew donuts with chalk pastels...and then they ate them!

  6. I have an idea! As I was looking through all of the donut pictures i found out the the backrounds were all different! So now I think the pictures have a little bit of meaning. Maybe the artist found all the types of donuts and frew skys that would match the donut!

  11. It was a great idea putting the donut in the sky because it makes it look like the donut is a special donut.

  12. The 3D texture of the donut chocolate icing looks really goopy and i can feel that there is a really squishy feeling to that

  13. I think he painted pictures of donuts to make us realize that we see art everyday, but we forget to apreciate it.

  14. @Vaelan: It does make that donut seem pretty special doesn't it!
@Ji-Eun: I feel the squishiness too!
